• To register you for events and record attendance (e.g. Present, Leave, Absent status).
• To verify and authenticate active members and coordinators during login.
• To display coordinator assignments, districts, zones, and units.

Account Verification & Active Status

To maintain structural integrity, the App enforces active status restrictions. Access is limited strictly to active members and coordinators. If your account is marked as suspended, inactive, or deleted, you will be automatically signed out, and login access will be restricted.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your data is stored securely in our databases, and access to details is restricted to authorized coordinators and state administrators based on role hierarchies.
